Alison is new to Semi Permanent Make Up and wanted to be able to wake up with a fabulous set of brows each morning without all the hassle. Eyebrows are a very important feature on the face and can totally transform the way a person looks, here at Made Up in Chelmsford we aim to customise each set of semi permanent brows to suit the individual.
